Find the power cable at the rear of the terminal and disconnect it to power down the machine completely. Reconnect the power cable to reset the Verifone V200c. For a quick restart without unplugging, press and hold the green power button for about 8 seconds. The terminal will reboot automatically after this period.

On the Communications Panel, tap Wi-Fi on the touch screen. The terminal will scan for nearby networks. Select your desired network from the list. Enter the Wi-Fi password using the numeric keypad (press each number multiple times for corresponding letters, cycling through options as necessary for lowercase letters). Tap OK to confirm. Verify network details for accuracy, then press Add.

Tamper errors can be fixed by restarting the Verifone v200c. To restart the terminal, press the green power button and hold down for about 8 seconds. The terminal will automatically reboot. You can call the Merchant Service Center for help if the terminal is damaged or faulty.
