  6. Tap “Scan Network.”
  7. Tap on the network to which you’d like to connect from the list.
  8. Tap “Configure.”
  9. Tap “Set Password.”
  10. Use the keypad to input the network’s password. Click the green button when complete.
  11. Press the yellow backspace button and select “Connect.”
  12. Tap “Yes” to confirm a connection to your selected network.
  13. The terminal will connect to your WiFi network.

With DejaVoo Z11, it’s recommended you use thermal paper rolls that are 2.25 in. x 80 ft. or less.

Tamper detection errors may occur due to a number of server maintenance issues. If your DejaVoo Z11 is displaying a tamper detection error, please contact our support team for a replacement terminal.

The default password for the DejaVoo Z11 terminal is 1234.
