The Dejavoo Z6 does not print paper receipts. However, it allows you to select an electronic receipt option, which reduces the merchant’s carbon footprint and saves money in the long run.

Yes, the Dejavoo Z6 accepts Apple Pay payments, as well as Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

  1. From the main menu, press the green button to access the Core Menu.
  2. Press 4 for “Utility.”
  3. Press 3 for “Communications.”
  4. Press 2 for “Local Params.”
  5. Press 3 for “WiFi.”
  6. Press 1 for “Scan Network.”
  7. Tap on the network to which you’d like to connect from the list.
  8. Press 2 for “Configure.”
  9. Press 1 for “Set Password.”
  10. Use the keypad to input the network’s password. Click the green button when complete.
  11. Press the yellow back button
  12. Press F2 to confirm the network connection.

  1. Tap the WiFi icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap on the Ethernet option. 
  3. Turn the Ethernet option in the top right corner to “On”, and select the “Connect” option.
  4. The Internet is connected, and the device is now ready to run transactions.

 

With the DejaVoo Z6, two operating modes are available.

  1. Dispatch: Using the Z6 as a pin pad terminal.
  2. Simple Pin Pad: Using the Z6 as a secured card reader to receive authorization through DejaVoo terminals.

  1. If prompted, click on the three horizontal bars located in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
  2. Following this, you may be asked to enter the manager password in order to continue. The default manager password for the Dejavoo Z6 is 1 2 3 4. Press the green button to confirm. 
  3. Once you’ve been directed to the device’s Core Menu, select the “Utility” option.
  4. If prompted, enter the manager password again. If no prompt is required, please disregard this step. 
  5. Select the Settings option, then select “Date and Time.”
  6. Press the green button to confirm if the date listed on the screen is accurate. If it is not accurate, use the yellow backspace button to clear the date, then input the correct date in the MM/DD/YY format.
  7. Repeat this above-mentioned step as it applies to the time (using the 24-hour clock format). All times entered into the Z6 terminal will need to be entered in the military time format. If you are uncertain how to convert your standard time zone into military time, consult the user manual for your device.
