To connect your B250 to SwipeSimple, do the following steps:

1. Charge your card reader with the enclosed cable. Now, you can connect the card reader to a computer or a power adapter. 
2. Download and install the SwipeSimple app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Enable your Bluetooth.
4. Press the power button on the B250 until a flashing blue light appears.
5. Enter the SwipeSimple application. Then, add in an amount and tap on Checkout.
6. Agree to all permissions prompted.
7. Tap on Select Reader. Once you’ve done this, a white box with the reader name will pop up, which you will select.
8. Then, you will see “Connected” appear.

3. Open the SwipeSimple app.
4. Add the amount and then select Checkout.
5. Allow all permissions.
6. Tap Select Reader and pair your device.

Via the SwipeSimple mobile app:

1. Enter an amount on the Quick Item tab or select an item from your inventory by pressing the Items tab. 
2. Tap the Charge button.
3. Connect your card reader to your mobile device.
4. Swipe, Dip, or Tap your card when asked by the SwipeSimple app.
5. Select Receipt to enter an email address or phone number.

Via SwipeSimple At Your Computer:

1. Select the Virtual Terminal tab (on the left).
2. Enter the card’s information.
3. Select the Charge button.
4. Add an email address or phone number to send a receipt.

To update your firmware, do the following:

• Download the most up-to-date version of SwipeSimple from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
• Open the app on your mobile device and go to Settings > Device Management
• Plug your card reader into your power source.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the SwipeSimple card reader.
• Once you tap on Update Firmware, wait 15 minutes.
